Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection has added a new line-up of luxury ships to their current fleet, set to hit the banks in 2020.
The upgraded vessels will replace older models that are currently sailing along the Mekong River, the river Nile in Egypt, the Portugal Douru River, as well as the Venetian waterways.
The S.S. Satet, will set sail in the Nile River from the 6th of January 2020, replacing River Tosca. The ship has 42 suites and has a capacity of 84 passengers. 12 day itineraries to and from Cairo are available.
Indulge in the best of Spanish and Portuguese cuisine on the S.S Sao Gabriel, launching on 26th March 2020. Replacing Queen Isabel, the 100 passenger liner will embark on voyages along the Douru River.
Built using eco-friendly materials with an emphasis on sustainability, the 56-passenger Mekong Jewel will serve those keen to explore the Mekong River, from 3 January 2020. The ship will venture through Vietnam and Cambodia, replacing Mekong Navigator.
River Countess will be pulled from the existing fleet and undergo a thorough renovation. Reborn as the S.S La Venezia, she will offer 8 or 10 day itineraries, exploring the Venetian lagoon and the neighbouring islands Burano, Torcello and Mazzorbo. Carrying 130 passengers, the revamped vessel will begin operations from 27 March 2020.
Uniworld’s new and upgraded vessels will be granted “super ship” status.
